Our lawyers advise and represent fiduciaries, including trustees, guardians, and executors, beneficiaries, incapacitated persons, and family members in complex probate and guardianship proceedings.  We apply our litigation, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills to help resolve family disputes that arise in these settings.  In addition to representing individuals and organizations in these matters, our lawyers serve as mediators and arbitrators, as well as guardians ad litem and settlement guardians ad litem.  They are active participants in lawyer organizations in the guardianship, elder law, and probate areas, and offer consultations and continuing legal education for lawyers, guardians, family members, and guardians ad litem.
