PRACTICE EMPHASIS AND EXPERIENCE

Immigration Law

Elizabeth’s practice focuses exclusively on immigration law, with an emphasis on business immigration.  She represents employers and individuals in securing temporary work visas and permanent resident status based on employment.  Her clients include professionals, international transferees, investors, researchers, doctors, exchange visitor trainees, and individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts and sciences.  She represents U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents wishing to sponsor family members for legal immigration status, and assists permanent residents in obtaining U.S. citizenship.  Prior to joining MacDonald Hoague & Bayless in 2004, she practiced business and immigration law at another Seattle law firm.  Elizabeth provides pro bono representation to survivors of domestic violence.
