Immigration Law
Litigation
Dan's practice focuses on immigration law and litigation to defend and advance the rights of immigrants and their American families and employers. He has over thirty years of experience before the administrative agencies, Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has helped unite families and stop efforts to separate them. He has helped US employers with all aspects of immigration issues to bring the skilled employees they need to succeed. He has litigated cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Courts of Washington and the United States. He has advocated and litigated to help immigrants become US citizens. He is available for consultation with other attorneys on complex immigration issues, on the immigration aspects of criminal cases, and to accept referrals on all aspects of immigration law, whether relating to business, family, asylum or citizenship applications and appeals.

Recent publications include AILA’s Handbook on Waivers and Relief from Removal, Assistant Editor; Kurzban’s Immigration Law Sourcebook, citizenship chapter reviewer; Professionals: A Matter of Degree, Fourth Edition, by Martin J.
