Cyber Stalking Case Settled

MHB settles case on behalf of woman whose estranged husband cyberstalked her in violation of Washington's law against illegal recording RCW 9.73. Sherri O'Neil, now a spokesperson to federal and local law enforcement, prosecutors and judges on cyberstalking, agreed to dismiss her claims of illegal wiretapping and negligence for an undisclosed amount.
