Jay focuses his practice on consumer and industrial product
liability and other significant personal injury cases. He
has extensive experience handling aviation, radiation, and other
complex mass tort litigation in state and federal courts
throughout the
United States
and in foreign jurisdictions. Jay’s practice includes
maritime wrongful death, premises liability, and civil appeals.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Jay has been an
advisor, speaker, and Cooperating Counsel for the American Civil
Liberties Union of Washington on issues involving the Free
Exercise and Establishment clauses of the First Amendment and the
Washington
State
constitution.
