Andrew practices in immigration law. He is an active member
of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and currently
serves as Treasurer for the local chapter. During law school, Andrew represented indigent
clients in removal proceedings with the Immigration Clinic hosted
by the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. He also served as
President of the International Law Society and as Treasurer of the
Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Andrew is a
past scholarship recipient from the Asian Bar Association of
Washington and currently serves on the ABAW Membership Committee.
He volunteers at legal clinics serving the King County immigrant
and International District communities. Andrew studied
language at National Taiwan University and is fluent in Mandarin
Chinese.
