B.A. Antioch University Seattle 1990; J.D. magna cum laude Harvard Law School 1993. Mel practices in the areas of employment, civil rights and personal injury litigation. In his employment practice he represents workers with claims for unpaid overtime compensation and wrongful termination. He is a member of the Washington Bar, is admitted to the United States District Court in the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mel is a member of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
