She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and served as co-chair of the Washington Chapter's Department of Labor Liaison Committee. She is a past Chair of the Loren Miller Bar Association Phillip L. Burton Scholarship Fund and currently serves on the scholarship committee. Felicia served on the Advisory Board of the University of Washington Women's Center, as Chair of the Northwest Women's Law Center's 1998 Major Gifts Campaign and on the Law Center's Resource Development Committee. Felicia is a past Chair of the Washington State Bar Association Committee on Opportunities for Minorities in the Legal Profession, and served on the WSBA Awards Committee.  Felicia is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the field of immigration law.
