Rights, Civil Liberties Law Journal, editor 1968-69. For 30
years, Hal has focused on labor and employment law and has applied
his background in chemical engineering and extensive litigation
experience in handling product liability claims. He is a mediator
for the Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service (WAMS). He
has served as Chair of the Labor Law Section of the King County
Bar Association and of the Pacific Coast Labor Law Conference. Hal
was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nigeria, 1964-65, and has served on
the boards of the Northwest Chamber Orchestra and the Seattle
Chamber Music Festival.
