He is a past President of the Washington Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (two terms) and, as such, was also a member of the Board of Governors of the National Association. His regular committee work includes having served as co-chair of the national employment-based immigration committee and he frequently lectures and writes in the immigration field. Frank is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America," and in the International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers issued by Law Business Research.  Frank is the immigration consultant to the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and volunteers with immigration legal aide groups.
