Editor, Member of the Innocence Project Northwest. David is
currently developing a practice in civil rights litigation and
criminal law. He is also an active member of the Washington
Inns of Court. Prior to joining MH&B, David served as
law clerk to the Honorable Helen G. Berrigan of the Eastern
District of Louisiana 2004-2005, and then to the Honorable Ronald
M. Gould of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals 2006-2007. In
2006, he also worked as a contract attorney for Gordon Thomas
Honeywell litigating clergy sex abuse claims, and served as a
Special Assistant to the General Counsel of Governor Christine O.
Gregoire. During law school, David was a summer associate
for Williams Kastner, and an extern for both the Honorable Marsha
J. Pechman and in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western
District of Washington.
