David Cohen, U.S. District Court of Maine.  Jesse's practice focuses on employment, discrimination, fair housing, public accommodations, ERISA, free speech, civil rights and probate litigation. Jesse is Chair of the Washington Employment Lawyers Association and an active member of its Amicus Committee. As a member of the American Civil Liberties Union of Washington's Board of Directors, Jesse is President in charge of  its Development Committee, frequently speaks in the community on civil liberties issues, and is a cooperating attorney. On staff at the ACLU's national legislative office, Jesse was the primary researcher of the ACLU's popular handbook Your Right to Privacy. Since 1994, Jesse has been a certified mediator and mediation trainer and is former chairman of the Chicago Bar Association's ADR Committee. He is also a member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers and National Employment Lawyers Associations.
