Seattle Immigration Attorneys
Our practice includes securing all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas as well as labor certifications, preference status leading to permanent residence, citizenship, and asylum. We have extensive experience in dealing with federal immigration agencies and with U.S. consulates throughout the world. We also represent clients in removal (deportation and exclusion) proceedings, in administrative appeals, and in federal court.
Our immigration legal group is one of the largest and most respected in the Northwest. Our attorneys guide clients through the constantly changing maze of immigration. We handle cases for individuals, families, local businesses, and multinational corporations. We represent companies and organizations of all sizes – from start ups to some of the largest companies in the world, in fields such as IT and IT consulting, computer software, finance, timber architecture, electronics, manufacturing, design, video games, arts and entertainment, professional sports, aerospace, construction, biotechnology, health-care, international trade, marine services, and education.
We have an experienced and flexible support staff of paralegals and legal assistants. We have developed effective case-management systems, enabling us to handle a large volume of matters while providing timely and thorough status updates to our clients.
Our immigration lawyers are active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association. We are frequent speakers at local and national immigration law seminars, have written and edited numerous articles, and have taught immigration law at Seattle University School of Law and the University of Washington.
We volunteer to help low income immigration clients through the King County Bar Association’s Immigration Clinic, Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, American Civil Liberties Union, Seattle University’s Access to Justice Institute, Legal Voice (formerly Northwest Women’s Law Center), OneAmerica, Iraqi Community Center, Volunteer Advocates for Immigrant Justice (a project of Kids in Need of Legal Defense) , the University of Washington’s Immigrant Families Advocacy Project, and other organizations..
