MH&B Client Sues Western State Hospital for Retaliation

Registered nurse Veronica Gabriel filed a lawsuit against Western State Hospital for retaliatory discharge, alleging that the hospital removed her from her post, reduced her pay, then terminated her in retaliation for testifying on behalf of a fellow nurse who won his lawsuit against the hospital last June.
