Attorney Jeffrey Taren Featured on CBS’s Whistleblowers
Season two, Episode one of the CBS reality television series Whistleblowers featured the groundbreaking “Code of Silence” case handled by MHB attorney Jeffrey Taren. The case involved two Chicago police officers who were retaliated against after exposing a long history of criminal corruption within the Police Department. The case resulted in a financial settlement of $2,000,000 and the public exposure of a decades long practice of police officers covering up criminal activity on the part of their fellow officers.
