MHB Attorney Jesse Wing on Victory Against Washington Department of Corrections Officials

This month's edition of the Washington State Association for Justice Trial News features an article about the trial victory by MHB partners Jesse Wing and Tiffany Cartwright on behalf of our client Etienne Choquette. A federal jury awarded Mr. Choquette, a prisoner at the Washington State Penitentiary, more than $500,000 in a case against the Washington Department of Corrections Medical Director and two pharmacists who withdrew Choquette's treatment for neuropathic pain caused by multiple sclerosis.
