Katy Rollins

Katy joined MHB in 2026 with more than four years of litigation experience in employment law in Minnesota. She has represented employees at all stages of litigation and is passionate about protecting and expanding workers’ rights. At MHB, her practice includes both employment and civil rights law.  

Katy grew up in Washington and graduated from Washington State University (Go Cougs!). She attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor for the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, gained legal experience working with the Office of the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender, and graduated summa cum laude.  

Outside of the office (and when she doesn’t have her nose in a book), Katy enjoys scoping out the best taco trucks in the Twin Cities, cheering on the Twins, and taking in live music.
